“I paid $10 for the NASCAR car wash, but it didn’t work. My car wasn’t washed at all. Could you please give me a refund or let me wash my car again?

Arrived at 9:30 for a quick wash because I know they close at 10. There was a guy here doing some kind of maintenance work while I lathered up my car. I tried swiping my card to reactivate the water and the whole system was turned off. At this point that maintenance guy was in his black pickup truck parked out front. I asked him about the water. He said he turned it off and won't turn it back on. It was 9:45 at this time. He watched me pull up, rinse the car, soap the car, then turned everything off 15 minutes before close. I had to drive all the way home in a soaped up car at 45° outside. It took forever to get the frozen soap off the car. Clearly this company doesn't care about its customers in any way. Especially when they pull dirty acts like this. I would advise customers to go elsewhere where they respect their customers. I will contact corporate to escalate this further. Been coming here for 3 years now. Not anymore.

I deposited my money in the machine to wash my car and the machine did not cut on. I called the owner multiple times but never got an answer. Never got a reply. Never got a text never got anything so it’s basically like this car wash is robbing people. It’s a Self car wash five dollars for five minutes and it’s not fair. They have poor customer service so if anyone is in Everston, do not come to the car wash on 2201 Dempster St., Evanston, IL if so, you’re gonna be very disappointed.

This car wash is not maintained. You will pay five dollars for only five minutes. You will have no soap you’ll have little pressure if the nozzle even works there is no one here. There is no maintenance done. Everything is broken. I lost my money. I would advise you to stay the hell away from this place. It just steals your money obviously whoever owns an operate. This doesn’t care. It deserves a rating of -4 stars

It's alright. The water works fine every time I visit. I can't speak for everything else since I always bring my own products and tools to wash my car, which I recommend to anyone who wants to keep their car in pristine condition for a long time. I wouldn't use the brush (which dispenses the shampoo) as it doesn't look well taken care of and could definitely scratch your car. The vacuums work great! Overall, it's a good option if you want a spot to quickly rinse your car after a snowstorm or if, like me, you wash your car by hand and don't have a yard. There's almost always a free spot, and people using the lot are usually quick.
